started working out feel good. got lost 3 .so i am set for 45 minutes on the tread mill.Per episode of lost makes me lose lots of calories

had business plan meetings back to back thursday friday phew.had a surprisingly nice meeting with another coleector item client .meeting for the first time .have heard crazy things. now lots of films to do.miss the kids .they aint coming over this weekend cause thier grandparents are there from delhi.

got lots of toys for the kids last weekend they were thrilled to bits. sponge bob squarepants what a concept.got the comfy squeeze variety but only two.for saisha and samita . wanted one for me and mallika too .went today they aint got.

got something for niki and vineet that i wanted to for a long time .feel good.they are super people .always standing by like pillars of enormous strength.

I am in love with om shanti om music. it is the best best best. tum ko paya hain ke jaise khoya hoon ..my favorite .the compositions are super fantastic cause they have deliberately given a old world feel.so the melodies are strong .it takes tremondous maturity to retraint to hold back and create .vishal shekhar have done that.so hats off.

now i will sign off ,need to cook. and then watch good film.
